Love, Love, Love the work of the Emergency Room JA!
We needed a logo that depicted what we are and what we do. We tried many graphic designers who came back to us with designs that depicted what they wanted, certainly not what we wanted or needed.
Then a friend recommended Randy Fagan of the Emergency Room Designs and Technology Ja. I sent him a detailed email of what I wanted. We spoke briefly; he LISTENED to what I had to say and asked a few questions. I had a good feeling we had finally met the one.
The next morning, I received an email which read: “I was up late last night so I put together a little draft for you that we could use as a starting point to get where we want to go…” I opened it, and VIOLA! We were WOWED. This was it! One draft and the work was done.
The. Search. Had. Ended!
Randy’s work is impressive on multiple levels: he’s easy to communicate with, listens effectively, has an uncanny knack for what is not said. He’s incredibly organized, responsive to his clients and delivers beautiful work on all levels!
Whipped Treats is located in New York, the Emergency Room is in Jamaica, yet Randy delivered across the miles without even one face to face meeting. That says a lot about his passion for what he does! We now have a logo that perfectly symbolizes our vision and conveys the stylish, elegant image we needed for the international development of our company.
Would I recommend the Emergency Room Designs and Technology? Yes, yes, YES! They are our designers of choice, translating our thoughts into creations, making each and every one consistently more beautiful than we imagined!
